    Back squats @245×2 255×3
    WOD: Miagi: 50 DL @95/135, 50 double KB swings with 2-1pds, 50 pushups, 50 C+J, 50 Taters (KB swing into a goblet squat) 1pd, 50 box jumps, 50 wallclimbs, 50 knees to elbows, 50 double unders: 36:50
    – the wallclimbs literally took forever

    Didn’t bring a good jump rope with me, so changed up the wod a bit:
    EMOM 12: odd- 250 row, even- 12 burpees
