    Front Squat: 245, 255F
    Thruster: 195, 205F
    WOD: 17 and change. Might have been the most frustrating wod in recent memory for me. I had 6 penalties.

    Front Squat: 275×2 PR (previous 1 rep was 265…. wut)
    Thruster: 185.. (only did 1 rep lol)
    10:09 openish.. thought i had to do 100 dubs first round for open. 2 penalties. Need to redo this wod

    Wod: 13:00 but switched up reps with strict hspu which are a struggle 12-10-8
