    Nice work on the P’ Ahhhhs!!!

    WOD: 28ish with 1 rope climb attempt per round. Also apparently almost crushed Lissa on descent…sorry about that.

    Running felt a little better but it’s awful. I think this was my first time trying to climb a rope since middle school gym class.

    Back after being lazy with the posting haha- tonight rocked! 27 flat for L2- def very intimidated of the rope climbs but got better by the end haha.

    Nothing like having barrow cheer the 730 class on as we did warm ups and then Jose through the end of the WOD itself – talk about inspiration! Thanks guys! And Nicky D – great coaching. We tolerate no garbage on Monday nights at 730.

    Can I just say that Coach Nicky D is pure luck for me, hittin’ PRs left and right in his class. A few weeks ago I finally got 10′ rope climbs…tonight not only did I get 15′ climbs I got a total of 6, 5 in the WOD. It must be the mural I-talianism (I just made that up right now.)
    WOD: 28:28 1 15’/1 10′ rope climb/HRPUs from the knees.
    BIG thanks to the 7:30, especially Jose, who cheered me on until the bitter end!!!!!

    WOD: 24:18 Rx

    The 7PM Pride Award most definitely goes to THOMAS tonight. Seeing him crush everyone Rx was awesome, especially after he was injured to the point of having to miss workouts entirely. Dude’s BACK and better than ever.

    That 7:30 crew looked rad tonight!

    Rope Climb: Did my first ever 20′ rope climb followed by my first ever 25′ rope climb. FUN!!!
    WOD: 27:47 Rx Definitely felt the effects of the weekend on this one. And, as usual, this one was harder than it looked on paper!
