    135snatch – worked on hitting it multiple times with good form
    18:41 wod – started losing C2b’s at the end

    17:31 wod, did 25 c2b each round because I can’t read.

    Second Workout with Chaput – Strength (Outlaw Squat Program)
    4 sets of 7 front squats/13 back squats at 147#…transition right into back squats

    185 is a 10lb PR
    14:32 unbroken but not fast enough to keep up with the big dogs.

    snatch: 245, 20# PR
    wod: 18:04
    snatch PR has to be attributed to taking preworkout for the first time in 4 years

    snatch – 185.. 205 is the PR and it wasn’t going up this AM

    Snatch – 155. Had 165 up there a few times, just couldn’t keep it steady. Hit 175 in January – haven’t been there since.
    WOD – 15:23. Chest to bars were singles after the first 5 or 6. Was moving as fast as I could to get Rob.
    Cashed out with 50 regular situps. Really sore from just 40 GHDs on Friday, so I didn’t want to push it.

    Snatch – 165 and jumped to 185 where I failed 5 or 6 times
    WOD: 15:25; quigzzz sniped me at the very end. Knew he was coming for me but couldn’t hold him off this morning
