    Try doing it one armed, Goose. Should go faster.

    Hopefully you were able to beat my back squat of 125#. I’m sure you could do that one armed too.

    Fun 5.30 am group this morning!!!

    8 rounds on the 7 minute AMRAP med ball cleans / push ups
    3:47 on the WOD. Subbed 30# dumbbell for barbell due to shoulder injury.
