    strength: 215
    WOD: 14:12rx.. finished everything but MU at 8:30 but then took 6 min to bang those things out. BUT thats fine by me, at least I can do them now!
    class wod: 6x 2min: 250 row + AMRAP MU, did 2-3 each round
