    117 reps, happy because last year was a struggle, and only able to get 101 after redoing it a couple times.

    18 c+j…forearms were so shot, didn’t do any jerks just some push presses… Need to learn how to jerk!

    Did Monday’s workout last night so shoulders were a little tired.

    WOD 1: 83, never let go of the bar on thrusters, C2B became singles in the round of 12. Ugly.
    WOD 2: 16, almost 17 but stupidly missed a jerk b/c I lost concentration for a second, which really sucked

    12.5: 102 – 7 reps better than last year, C2B felt great until the round of 15 when I started doing singles, those still need work
